An interactive demonstration from the Sound of Vision project was held at the Széchenyi István University. Tailored for children as well as young adults, the demonstration was aimed towards showcasing the problems faced by low-vision and blind people when navigating their environment. Our project’s aim and main objectives were presented, followed by users carrying out a few navigational tasks such as walking in a straight line or around a corner. Recent developments in the field of mobile devices were also available for testing.
